ABOUT THE ROLE

GIG Radiology Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled and passionate Radiographer to join our team across our network of clinics, including Rosebud, Cranbourne, Officer, Pakenham, Koo Wee Rup, and Traralgon.

As a Radiographer, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality medical imaging services to our patients across multiple locations. This full-time opportunity offers the chance to work within a dynamic, supportive, and collaborative environment, utilising state-of-the-art equipment to provide exceptional patient care.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Performing a range of radiographic examinations, including X-rays, CT scans, and other imaging procedures

• Ensuring the safe and effective operation of radiographic equipment

• Collaborating with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care

• Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records

• Adhering to all relevant healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and safety guidelines

• Continuously developing your professional skills through ongoing education and training

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Formal qualification in Radiography (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent)

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Radiographer, or an intern seeking final-year placement

• Strong technical expertise and sound knowledge of radiographic techniques and equipment

• A high level of attention to detail and commitment to safe, high-quality patient care

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team

• Proficiency in electronic medical record systems and relevant imaging software

• Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) (mandatory)
