Who we are

GIG Radiology is a new-generation medical imaging provider, focused on the highest imaging standards for patients and the doctors who refer them.

Quality. Service.
Affordability.

Our promise

Our promise to patients and referrers comes down to three words.

(01)

Quality

Our radiologists review your images and send the results straight to your referring doctor, who can view your images online within about 15 minutes of your scan.

(02)

Service

Book online or by phone and we'll call you back to confirm. Pakenham often has same-day appointments, and Pakenham and Cranbourne open on Saturday mornings.
(03)

Affordability

All CT scans and general X-rays are bulk billed. Some other procedures, including some ultrasounds, attract a charge, and we'll let you know when you book.

Our story

From Gippsland Imaging Group to GIG Radiology.

Privately owned · Locally led

GIG Radiology is 100% privately owned by our Clinical Director, Ebenezer (Eb) Fashogbon. Eb and his small, hard-working team opened our fifth and sixth clinics, in Officer and Koo Wee Rup.

Clear. Human.

How we work

Three simple ideas shape how we look after patients and the doctors who refer them.

Clear

(01)

Plain answers, before and after your scan.

  • Plain-English preparation guides, so you know what to expect
  • Upfront about costs: we'll tell you if a procedure attracts a charge
  • Results sent directly to the doctor who referred you

Human

(02)

Local teams who know their communities.

  • A real person calls you back to confirm your booking
  • Clinics close to home, so you don't need to travel into the city
  • Bring up to three guests to share a 3D or 4D baby scan

Precise

(03)

Fast, accurate imaging your doctor can act on.

  • Images online for your referring doctor within about 15 minutes
  • Studies can be exported from our viewer as JPG or DICOM
  • Reports can be delivered electronically into your doctor's practice software

Six clinics,
close to home.

Every clinic is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Pakenham and Cranbourne also open on Saturday mornings, 9am to 1pm.
