Trouble with the online viewer, reports or e-referrals? Our IT team is always happy to lend a hand. If needed, they can connect to your computer remotely and fix it with you.

How it works

From stuck to sorted,
in four steps.

Here’s what happens when you ask our IT team for help. Most problems can be sorted over the phone or in a short remote session.

  1. Send a request

    Tell us what’s happening using the form below, or email helpdesk@gigradiology.com.au.

  2. We get in touch

    A member of our in-house IT team contacts you, where possible at a time that suits your practice.

  3. Open Quick Support

    If we need to see your screen, download and run Quick Support for Windows or Mac, then read us the ID and password it shows.

  4. We sort it out

    With temporary access to your computer, our IT team works through the problem with you. This covers GIG software applications only.

Desktop viewer

Installing the
desktop viewer.

The Windows and Mac clients are for diagnostic editing use only. For everyday viewing, the web viewer runs in your browser, with nothing to install.

Voyager Web Viewer Easy Launcher for Windows

Start the diagnostic viewer from a shortcut on your desktop.

Why use it

  • No web browser required
  • No administrative rights required to install

To install

  1. Click the Download button below and save the file.
  2. Open your browser’s Downloads folder.
  3. Run the file VoyagerWebViewerSetup.exe.
(02)Mac

Install and launch Voyager web3 on a Mac

The Voyager Imaging web loader installs the Voyager web3 client on your Mac.

System requirements

  • Intel-based Mac
  • 100 GB free space on hard disk

To install

  1. Click the Download button below to download the Voyager Imaging web loader.
  2. Run VoyagerImaging.dmg. This adds ‘VoyagerImaging’ under Devices in Finder.
  3. Run ‘Voyager Imaging’ from the VoyagerImaging device and confirm ‘move to Application folder’.
  4. Open the Applications folder and drag ‘Voyager Imaging’ to the Dock.
  5. Start Voyager Imaging, select or type in the web server name, and click ‘Launch web3’.
  6. The Voyager web client will load and launch.

Not sure which web server name to enter on a Mac, or need a viewer login? Ask our IT team.

  1. By launching Quick Support you allow GIG Radiology Pty Ltd (‘GIG’) IT staff temporary access & control of your computer for the specific purpose of providing IT Support Services for GIG Software Applications only.

  2. GIG’s assistance is provided on the following terms and conditions: Whilst all reasonable measures have been taken to ensure that the remote support service is virus-free no warranty is given that the services, system or server is free from infection from viruses or anything else that has contaminating or destructive properties and GIG shall have no liability in respect thereof.

  3. GIG shall not be liable to you for any loss or damage whatsoever or howsoever caused arising directly or indirectly in connection with the provision of remote support services, except to the extent that such liability may not be lawfully excluded under applicable law.
